Members of the University of Basel involved in the promotion of writing skills can connect with each other and share their knowledge and experiences through the informal Writing Network. The network meets once a semester to present and discuss current research and practical examples of pedagogy and writing development. In the spirit of multilingualism, other languages in addition to German and English are taken into consideration. In addition to organizing these meetings, the network also maintains a website that provides information about writing offers at the University of Basel, as well as conferences and continuing education in the region.
